Hi, I’m Regan — and movement has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. As a retired ballerina, lifelong athlete, and teacher of over 20 years, I’ve witnessed the toll that modern life, stress, and disconnection can take on our bodies. I’ve watched how technology, posture, pace, and pressure can slowly pull people out of their alignment — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
I’ve lived it too.
Not just through pregnancy and early stages of motherhood, but through my own trauma and health struggles — the kind that shake you to your core and force you to rebuild. My healing didn’t start in a perfect moment; it started in survival mode. It started when I realized I could no longer ignore what my body was telling me.
Breathwork, movement, nourishing foods, journaling, books, stillness — these became the anchors that slowly rewired my nervous system and gave me my life back. What began as a desperate need for relief became a lifestyle rooted in softness, strength, and deep restoration.
That journey inspired me to create my own movement method and my online studio, RMTV — a space where I could share what I teach daily to people from all walks of life: athletes, doctors, celebrities, moms, students. What ties them together is a desire to feel better in their bodies and live with more intention.
This journal is an extension of that work — but even more personal. It’s where I’ll share the full picture:
Motherhood. Healing. Products I swear by. The breathwork that saved me. The food that helped me recover. The spiritual reflections that gave me courage. The emotional practices that brought clarity. And the small, beautiful things that keep life meaningful — even in the hardest momets.
To me, wellness isn’t about quick fixes or strict routines — it’s about tending to the whole person. Body, mind, and spirit. It’s about learning how to soften and stay strong at the same time. Choosing rest. Choosing growth. Choosing beauty. Choosing to come back to yourself, over and over again.
If you’re here, I hope this becomes a space that nourishes you too. I’ll be sharing what’s helped me feel more like myself — in case it helps you feel more like you.
Here’s to perspective, to process, and to growing beautifully through it all.
With love,
Regan
