RMTV is Regan's virtual studio — an on-demand library of over 400 classes available wherever you are. Classes range from 10 to 60 minutes and span somatic movement, stretch and flexibility, breath work, postural reset, strength, and prenatal and postnatal programs. You access it through a monthly or annual subscription.
Most programs start with exercise. This one starts with breath and alignment. Before you can build real strength, your nervous system needs to feel safe, your ribcage needs to be over your pelvis, and your deep stabilizers need to be awake. Regan Movement teaches you how your body is actually designed to work — so the movement you do builds on a foundation that holds.
No experience needed. Most classes require no equipment at all. A mat is helpful. Some classes use a resistance band , brick, pillow, weights, chair, or small ball, which are called out in the class description. Most classes include modifications for items that you can find within your house (such as a pillow or a book) and is designed so you can work at your own pace.
Yes. The prenatal program was built specifically for pregnancy, with trimester-by-trimester progressions. It covers breath mechanics, pelvic floor support, postural changes during pregnancy, and how to prepare your body for birth. Always check with your care provider before beginning any new movement practice during pregnancy.
Start with the postnatal program. It begins with breath and nervous system regulation — not exercise — because that is what your body needs first. From there it progresses into reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, rebuilding structural support, and returning to functional strength. There is no timeline. You work on your own watch.
Many members come to Regan Movement specifically because other approaches have not helped. The work is gentle, layered, and designed to meet your body where it is. That said, please consult your doctor or physical therapist before beginning if you have an acute injury or a medical condition that affects movement.
