Hi, I'm Regan, and welcome to Regan Movement

A former ballerina, lifelong mover, and mother who found healing with the help of movement, nourishment, and self-reflection. With more than two decades of teaching experience and certifications in Pilates, Gyrotonics, Yoga, Biomechanics, Prenatal, Postnatal, and a BFA in Dance Performance and Psychology, I am here to help you unlock the body you're meant to live in.

Even at the height of my dance career, my body didn’t feel right. I was young, but I felt old. I carried pain, misalignment, and tension I couldn’t shake.

And I began to see the same things in the people I worked with — students, athletes, professionals, moms, even celebrities. No one was immune.

Traditional fitness wasn’t enough. People were stuck in patterns of tension that kept them from feeling strong, free, and at ease in their bodies.

That’s when I created this approach — blending everything I’ve studied with years of experience to build a method that restores connection, balance, and strength.

what is regan movement?

Regan Movement is a somatic approach to movement.

It begins with breath — because learning how to breathe correctly is the foundation for calming your nervous system, releasing tension, finding alignment, and building a strong, stable core.

Most bodies aren’t getting what they truly need. Traditional fitness often skips the fundamentals, leaving people tight, unstable, or in pain. This program gives your body the support it needs to be strong and resilient. It teaches you to relearn how the body is meant to move — so you can feel both strong and supple.

This practice isn’t about pushing harder or forcing your body. It’s about listening, reconnecting, and moving from a place of ease. It helps you feel safe in your body again — supported, connected, and strong from the inside out.

This is for you — whether you’re a student, a parent, an athlete, or someone who just wants to feel good again.

You don’t need a background in movement. You just need a body, and a willingness to begin.

I have a studio in New York City, but the heart of my work now lives online.

Inside my virtual studio, there are over 300 classes waiting for you — designed to meet you where you are and to help you feel better in your body starting today.

I’d love for you to join me. Let’s make feeling good your new way of living.

Let me move you.
