What I actually used, still use, and wish I bought sooner
Whether you’re a new mom, know someone who’s pregnant, or are just looking for a true game-changer product, these are the ones I’m genuinely thankful to have found. I do a ton of research and am very intentional with everything I use. These not only met my high standards — they’ve made my life better. And I’ll keep using them well beyond postpartum.
These are the products I wish I had sooner. They made a real difference in my appearance, my comfort, how I felt day to day, and in my recovery. They're not just helpful for healing. They've become staples in my routine, and I can’t recommend them enough.

🛏️ Baby Bub Pillow
This is the Amazon version of the Baby Bub pillow. I searched high and low for the perfect pregnancy pillow, something that would support my belly, hips, and back. This was it. The long leg pillow supports both my knees and ankles, creating perfect alignment for my pelvis and saving my lower back. I still use it nightly. It doubles as a nursing pillow and even works for tummy time support with my baby.

🤱 Bodily Bra
I wish I got this bra the second I found out I was pregnant. My breasts grew quickly and I never knew what size I was. This bra grew with me, feels like you’re not wearing anything, and is perfect for nursing. It’s unbelievably comfortable and now I won’t wear anything else.
🧦 Apolla Compression Socks
Compression socks were a must in my third trimester and postpartum. I was walking a ton, carrying extra weight, and my ankles felt like they were being crushed. These gave me support when I really needed it. I wore them during labor and continued using them after. They made such a difference in how my legs and feet felt.

🧴 Primally Pure Almond Body Butter
I swear my skin changed when I started using this. It’s high quality and completely clean, so I never worry if my baby sucks on my arm. I’ve had zero stretch marks and my skin feels deeply nourished. I’ll use this long after postpartum.Shop the almond body butter here
🍫 Amy Myers Collagen Protein Powder
My husband made me protein pudding every night with the double chocolate version and swears that’s why our baby is so strong. I swear it helped prevent diastasis by keeping my tissue strong, along with doing the right core and full body exercises. It also supported my joints and tissue healing. And it tastes amazing. I mix it with almond milk for a cold, high-protein snack or turn it into dessert.
I also use the plain unflavored version in my matcha every morning. It blends easily, doesn’t change the taste, and adds an extra boost of protein to start the day.

⚪ Yamuna Ball for Pelvic Floor and Body Release
This ball has been key in my years of stomach massage and helping clients release their whole body. It’s especially powerful for hip flexor and upper back release. I also used it as part of my birth prep and believe it played a role in preventing tearing. I use it constantly and always travel with it. These two small black balls are heaven for my lower back and sacrum.Shop the Yamuna balls here
💆♀️ Breast Massager
This tool is gentle, versatile, and something I now use with clients too. I prefer it over a Theragun. The different heads are perfect for breast massage, and I swear it helped prevent mastitis. It’s also great for improving milk flow and can support milk production when paired with warmth and gentle movement.Shop the breast massager here
☕ YETI for Coffee or Matcha
I didn’t fully appreciate the luxury of sitting and drinking a warm beverage until I had a baby. You do everything on the baby’s time. It’s wild how long it would take me to finish a single cup
and by the time I got back to it, it was cold.
The YETI changed that. It keeps my matcha or coffee hot for hours, even if I walk away mid-sip. It’s also non-toxic and keeps cold drinks cold too.Shop the YETI tumbler here

If any of these help make your days a little more supported, a little more comfortable, or a little more you, I’m so glad. We deserve to feel good in our bodies, especially during seasons of change. Feel free to pass this along to a friend who might need it too.
With Love,
Regan
